We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment verification.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen logistics delays.
Himaayu is not responsible for delays caused after the shipment has been handed over to the delivery partner.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of wellness and Ayurvedic products, returns are not accepted once the product packaging has been opened or used.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
