This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping, delivery, and order handling procedures followed by Himaayu.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all major pin codes in India. Delivery timelines for remote or restricted locations may vary depending on courier service availability.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of delays due to high order volume, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural calamities, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000 .

A flat shipping charge of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹1000.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing tracking details.

You can track your shipment through the tracking link shared with you.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable third-party logistics and courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other contact details are accurate and complete.

Himaayu shall not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team for assistance.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Himaayu only delivers within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
